Description

Type and Requester Class

Choose one, more than one, or all of the Request Type choices.

You can also select specific Requester Class values within each “parent” Request Type.

Request Reason

Based on your Type and Requester Class choices, you can specify one or more Request Reason values.

Request Reason = the Primary Reason for Request.

Unassigned Requests

The Request Reason field includes an Unassigned option, introduced in v1.8.

This search options finds requests which lack a Primary Reason for Request. It can be useful when looking for requests that were created through an electronic intake channel, because these requests often move directly to Ready to Fulfill but may not have a Primary Reason for Request.

Unassigned can be used in combination with other parameters

This  option can be used in combination with any of the other search options. For example, you can search for Unassigned requests that also:

o       were received in the last 7 days;

o       have a Status of Ready to Fulfill;

o       were received from Insurance requesters;

o       require Certification.

Can select multiple Request Reasons for search

You can also search for more than one Primary Reason for Request and include Unassigned as one of those choices.
