You must select a scanner before you can capture images of hard-copy Medical Records.
1. Click the Notification Area arrow on your Windows Taskbar, usually found in the lower right corner of your Desktop.
2. Right-click the HealthSource TrayApp.
3. Click Select Scanner.
4. In the Select Source window, choose your scanner and click Select.
