Quality Control (QC)

Users assigned to the Group Admin role can define rules that send requests for Quality Control review. This QC activity takes place in HealthSource Clarity itself,

Quality Control is currently not in use.

Enable Quality Control

1.          From the Menu, click Administration.

2.          On the Administration screen, click QC Review Admin.

3.          On the QC Review screen, use the Create option to add a new QC rule.

You can only specify a Site rule currently.

Value

Site number (5 digits).

Request Percentage

How many requests out of 100 will be sent for Quality Control

Request Limit

Maximum # of requests per day that will be sent to Quality Control for this rule.

Activation Date

We recommend that you start a rule on the next business day if possible.

Expiration Date

Rule stops working on this date. Leave blank to allow it to work continuously.
