Be specific enough to find what you’re looking for, but not so specific that you accidentally  exclude requests that you’d like to see.

1.          On the Request Search page, enter the appropriate Search Criteria and click Search or press the ENTER key.

2.          The Search Results table shows matching requests. Sort by clicking a column label.

3.          Click a blue link in the eRequest ID column to open the request.

4.          The request opens in either read-only or edit mode, depending on your Role and the Request Status.

Search Results limits

The Search Results show at most the oldest 1,000 requests that meet your search criteria.

The age of the requests is measured by the Received Date.

View Request History from Search Results

1.          Select the checkmark for a request.

2.          From the Command list, select View History.
