The Request Search tool is available to all users. It offers several search fields and allows you to open requests, even after they have been fulfilled.
Click the Request Search button or press ALT + G on your keyboard.

Search by a specific request identification value: o eRequest ID o External ROI ID (EMR system) o Group ID o Invoice Number o Log ID After selecting the type of Identifier, enter the ID value in the Number field. |

Sites |

The Request Search finds requests that match ALL of your search terms. Be specific enough to find what you’re looking for, but not so specific that you accidentally exclude requests that you’d like to see. |
1. On the Request Search page, enter the appropriate Search Criteria and click Search or press the ENTER key.
2. The Search Results table shows matching requests. Sort by clicking a column label.
3. Click a blue link in the eRequest ID column to open the request.
4. The request opens in either read-only or edit mode, depending on your Role and the Request Status.
The Search Results show at most the oldest 1,000 requests that meet your search criteria.
The age of the requests is measured by the Received Date.

Approve or Decline requests from Search Results |

The Command list includes Approve and Decline commands only when your Site uses the Approval for Fulfillment feature and your Role allows you to approve requests for Fulfillment. |
