1. Click the Menu in the upper left corner of the screen.

2. The Menu commands depend on your user role.

Command	Description
My Dashboard	Opens My Dashboard.
My Holds	Opens the My Holds screen.
Request Search	Lets you locate a specific request or group of requests.
STAT request	STAT requests typically come from medical providers who need patient records immediately. We usually receive these requests and deliver the records by fax.
Add New Request	Manually create a request.
Import Requests	Load a batch of requests from Ciox Health Phoenix.
Upload	o Upload Medical Records which will be linked to existing requests automatically; o Create requests by uploading an XLSX spreadsheet.
User Management	Opens the Administration screen;
Upload Request Letters	Create requests by uploading PDF files.
Reports	Opens the Dashboard Reporting tool.
