HealthSource Clarity users can cancel (delete) a request with a Request Status of:
o Ready to Log
o Logging Exception
o Logging User Hold
o Ready to Fulfill
o Pending
o Fulfillment Exception
o Fulfillment User Hold
A canceled request is deleted and CANNOT be retrieved — not even by the Help Desk. CAREFULLY consider whether you should place a request on hold rather than canceling it. |
