Fulfillment Quality Control

The request is ready for the manual review step of the optional Fulfillment Quality Control process, in which a user checks the Patient Name, Patient DOB, and Dates of Service values to the actual Medical Record pages.

QC in Progress

The request has been routed to the automated review step of the optional Fulfillment Quality Control  process.

Digital Fulfillment

Request is being evaluated by or handled by the Digital Fulfillment workflow.

Awaiting Approval

Awaiting Fulfillment Approval

Must be approved before the request moves to the Ready to Fulfill status.

Awaiting Delivery Approval

Must be approved before the Medical Records will be sent to the requester.

Awaiting Certification

The Medical Records must be certified before they can be delivered.
