Hold |
Requests that can be logged or fulfilled immediately. Can be organized by Request Type or Due Date. |
CSR = requests that YOU put On Hold. Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date. |
Exception |
Pending (Fulfillment tab only) |
Requests currently flagged as Exceptions. Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date. |
Requests currently Pended. Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date. |

The charts show requests over the last 30 days.
