My Dashboard — CSR

Overview

The Dashboard for a Client Service Representative shows the current inventory of requests in different categories.

Determines what requests appear on the Dashboard — logging or fulfilling.

You can choose to see requests only from a specific site or sites.

By default, the Dashboard shows requests from all sites to which you are assigned.

The Charts break down requests by workflow.

These pie charts provide a visual representation of different request “categories.”

Ready to Work

Hold

Requests that can be logged or fulfilled immediately.

Can be organized by Request Type or Due Date.

CSR = requests that YOU put On Hold.

Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date.

Exception

Pending (Fulfillment tab only)

Requests currently flagged as Exceptions.

Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date.

Requests currently Pended.

Can be organized by Reason, Request Type, or Due Date.

Time period

The charts show requests over the last 30 days.

Display By options

o       Reasons — the Reason selected when the request was placed On Hold, put on Pend, or flagged as an Exception. This option is selected by default.
